Preparing for a Session About Creative blocks

Session preparation for creative blocks: practical questions, art-based reflection, and Enzology meditation and hypnosis session options.

Creative blocks can involve pressure to produce, comparison, or uncertainty about where to begin. Art-based reflection invites a different relationship with making and observing, with no requirement to create a polished result.

Make the conversation useful to you

Before contacting the team, decide whether you prefer a shared workshop or private guidance. Bring a practical description of what you want to explore. The first step is checking fit and availability; submitting an inquiry does not reserve an appointment or take payment.

Do you feel stuck beginning, choosing between ideas, or showing your work?

Practical preparation

For an online session, use a private room, a reliable connection, and a device positioned so you can comfortably see the artwork. Avoid scheduling the appointment while driving, working, or caring for someone who needs your immediate attention. The team confirms the video platform and exact time.

For the in-person workshop, reserve both consecutive days. Tuesday and Wednesday sessions run 5–7:30 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday sessions run 2:30–5 p.m. All times are Eastern. Ask about access needs and arrival instructions before traveling to New Smyrna Beach.

What you can ask

Ask how the session is structured, what participation involves, and how you can pause or opt out of an exercise. You can discuss practical questions through the form and leave detailed personal information for a suitable conversation with the practitioner.

Explore this with Enzology

Gregge Stewart, CHT, offers hypnosis and meditation within Enzology’s non-medical personal-development approach. Choose a two-day workshop in New Smyrna Beach or request a private online appointment. Participation and results are individual; these reflections are not a diagnosis or a treatment plan.
