Preparing for Your Enzology Workshop in New Smyrna Beach

Plan both workshop days, find Suites 6 & 7, and know what to confirm before your Enzology visit, from arrival details to intake and participation.

Confirm both days before making plans

The Enzology workshop is one five-hour experience across two consecutive days. Groups meet every other Saturday and Sunday from 2:30–5 p.m. Eastern, with 2.5 hours on each day. Ask the team for the specific available weekend before arranging travel or changing other commitments. “Every other weekend” is a recurring pattern, not enough information to infer the next date. Reserve time for both days; if that does not fit, ask about a private session instead.

Use the full address and entrance details

The venue is 1055 N Dixie Fwy, Suites 6 & 7, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168. The entrance is at the side of the building. Include the suite numbers when checking your destination, and ask the team about arrival instructions before your visit. If you need information about parking, steps, seating, or other access needs, request those details directly. The published address does not establish those features, and it is better to confirm them than to arrive with an assumption.

Know the structure you are joining

The workshop combines Enzo’s original abstract art with meditation, guided hypnosis, and reflection led by Gregge Stewart, CHT. Day one centers on arriving, observing, and exploring; day two returns to reflection, practice, and integration. The program includes a personal abstract-art activity and a certificate of participation. You do not need art or meditation experience. If you have questions about what an activity involves or how much personal reflection is shared, raise them before enrolling so you can make an informed choice.

Check enrollment and preparation requirements

The published workshop price is $500 total. The program page states that full payment is required when enrollment is confirmed and that digital intake and informed consent must be completed before participation. Review its current sales, cancellation, rescheduling, and late-arrival terms before paying. A website inquiry is not a completed enrollment. Ask whether you need to bring anything for the art activity or prepare anything else; do not assume that unspecified materials, refreshments, or other extras are included.

Bring a practical intention rather than a performance goal

A useful starting point is one ordinary situation you want to reflect on, such as moving between tasks or making space for a decision. You can express that intention briefly without needing a complete explanation. There is no correct interpretation of Enzo’s artwork to learn in advance. If you want to become familiar with it, browse the gallery and notice a color or shape that interests you. That observation can become a question, not a test you need to pass.

Leave room to reflect between the two days

Because the workshop continues on Sunday, keep your notes or questions from Saturday somewhere easy to return to. You might write what you noticed and what you want clarified, without deciding immediately what the experience means. Any response to the artwork is personal; it does not need to match someone else’s account. If you need to clarify an instruction or participation preference, ask the guide. After the workshop, a small reflection note can help you decide what, if anything, you want to practice in everyday life.
