Overthinking and mental space: Hypnosis & Meditation

Explore overthinking and mental space with guided hypnosis, meditation, and Enzo’s abstract art. Private sessions and New Smyrna Beach workshops.

A place to begin

Thinking can be useful until it becomes a loop that produces no new information. A guided practice provides another focus for attention and a way to distinguish a decision you can make from uncertainty you cannot resolve immediately.

Enzology brings together the work of certified hypnotherapist and NLP life coach Gregge Stewart with the original artwork of neurologist and artist Dr. Enzo Trapani. The emphasis is on personal awareness and practical reflection. You can ask about an individual goal without committing to a course or knowing how hypnosis will feel in advance.

What we can explore together

Which recurring thought leads to useful action, and which mainly repeats?

In a private session, this question can help you and your practitioner agree on a focus. In the workshop, you can hold it as a personal intention while taking part in the shared exercises. You decide how much of your experience to discuss.

How art enters this work

Describe three visible features of a painting without interpreting them. Return to observation when you notice yourself searching for a final answer.

Visual observation is paired with guided attention and meditation. You do not need artistic ability, and the painting is not used to diagnose you. The purpose is to offer another way to notice your experience alongside spoken guidance.

Choose your format

The two-day workshop includes five hours across Tuesday–Wednesday evenings or Saturday–Sunday afternoons in New Smyrna Beach. Private online meditation and hypnosis sessions are available Monday–Friday mornings, by appointment. Ask about the format, fee, and suitability of your goal before enrolling.

A question to carry forward

Notice whether you can return to a chosen task a little more readily. The aim is not to eliminate every thought.

This is educational personal-development work. Outcomes vary, and these sessions do not replace medical or mental-health treatment. An initial conversation can clarify where this approach fits and where another professional may be better suited.
