Relationship patterns and communication: Hypnosis & Meditation

Explore relationship patterns and communication with guided hypnosis, meditation, and Enzo’s abstract art. Private sessions and New Smyrna Beach workshops.

A place to begin

Reflection can help you notice your own responses in everyday conversations. This work concerns personal awareness and communication goals; it is not couples counseling and does not diagnose another person.

Enzology brings together the work of certified hypnotherapist and NLP life coach Gregge Stewart with the original artwork of neurologist and artist Dr. Enzo Trapani. The emphasis is on personal awareness and practical reflection. You can ask about an individual goal without committing to a course or knowing how hypnosis will feel in advance.

What we can explore together

What response of your own would you like to understand or change in conversation?

In a private session, this question can help you and your practitioner agree on a focus. In the workshop, you can hold it as a personal intention while taking part in the shared exercises. You decide how much of your experience to discuss.

How art enters this work

Observe how two shapes relate without deciding which is right. Use that image to consider how more than one perspective can exist.

Visual observation is paired with guided attention and meditation. You do not need artistic ability, and the painting is not used to diagnose you. The purpose is to offer another way to notice your experience alongside spoken guidance.

Choose your format

The two-day workshop includes five hours across Tuesday–Wednesday evenings or Saturday–Sunday afternoons in New Smyrna Beach. Private online meditation and hypnosis sessions are available Monday–Friday mornings, by appointment. Ask about the format, fee, and suitability of your goal before enrolling.

A question to carry forward

Note a moment when you listened, paused, or clarified. Measure your own choices rather than another person’s compliance.

This is educational personal-development work. Outcomes vary, and these sessions do not replace medical or mental-health treatment. An initial conversation can clarify where this approach fits and where another professional may be better suited.
