Workshop or private online session?
The in-person workshop brings together art, guided hypnosis, meditation, and reflection over two consecutive days. Groups meet every other Saturday and Sunday, 2:30–5 p.m. Eastern. The five-hour workshop is $500 total; confirm available dates with the team.
Online private sessions with Gregge are available Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–noon Eastern, by appointment. You will need a quiet, private setting and a reliable video connection. Private sessions are $150 per session; confirm the appointment length when you inquire.
What makes the approach different?
Certified hypnotherapist and NLP life coach Gregge Stewart guides the experience using the original art of Dr. Enzo Trapani. An image becomes a focus for attention while you explore a personal goal through spoken guidance and reflection. No art or meditation experience is required.
The program is educational and non-medical. It does not diagnose or treat conditions or promise a particular result. If your goal needs clinical care, discuss the appropriate scope before booking.
